Paula reid
Paula has established herself as an industry expert. She has consulted with the brands and leaders who have shaped the fashion, athletic, retail and sporting goods industries over the last three decades.
Since founding Reid & Company in 1989, she has driven the strategy and delivered results for acquiring leaders and building teams with brands throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. Seasoned executives and newcomers alike turn to Paula for discerning advice on their businesses and career paths – always delivered with candor, a keen sense of humor and distinctive laugh.
Prior to founding Reid & Company, Paula gained experience in the technology sector in sales, search, and communications. She has a passion for helping people and brands realize their true potential. Her greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the impact the right people can have on an organization and watching careers grow.
She serves on the Board of Directors for the First Seacoast Bank, Dover, NH; The Board of Trustees for Berwick Academy, South Berwick Maine; and The Sisters’ Wish, Springvale, Maine and formerly served on the Board of Directors for City Year, NH.
Paula has enormous gratitude for the quality of life she is offered by living and working on the seacoast of NH while enjoying professional relationships across the globe. Her greatest joy is spending time with her two grown children and large extended family. She loves to travel anywhere, cook for a crowd and eat great food.

SONIA LINTERIS
Since joining Reid & Company in 2000, Sonia has been an integral part of the success of the firm. Having developed strong relationships with a vast network of contacts across multiple disciplines, she efficiently executes a strategy of where to go to find the best talent.
With each new search, Sonia has an opportunity to think about potential candidates and their experiences from a fresh perspective. She has developed a reputation for understanding what motivates candidates and how those motivations best align with the needs of our clients. Her warm and consultative approach has made her a confidant of both up-and-comers as well as seasoned executives. Both clients and candidates appreciate her effectiveness, honesty and professionalism throughout all stages of the search.
A resident of Newburyport, MA, Sonia balances her professional life with the challenges of raising two young, active children. Whether cheering from the sidelines, running a local road race or entertaining friends and family, Sonia brings a passion and energy to all that she does. With a BS from Lycoming College, Sonia’s early career included HR roles within Putnam Financial Services.
